You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training them on our software, guiding them through implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Support team once onboarding is complete.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and client-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our customer experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training them on our software, guiding them through implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Support team once onboarding is complete.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients, explaining technical concepts in a clear and friendly way, and building long-term relationships. Experience in Home Health Care—and especially Home Health Care billing—is a strong plus.
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new INMYTEAM clients
- Train clients on how to effectively use the INMYTEAM software
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
- Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities during implementation
- Document implementation progress and outcomes
- Coordinate a smooth handoff from Implementation to the Support team
- Work closely with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, educate, and guide clients with confidence
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with software and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple client implementations at once
- Experience in the Home Health Care industry
- Home Health Care billing knowledge (major plus)
- Previous experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or training roles
- Full-time position
- Based in our Miramar, FL office
