Aki, the Media Division of Inmar Intelligence is looking for a Campaign Activation Manager to be responsible for managing creative production and advertisement activation for our client’s advertising campaigns. This individual will work closely with Sales, Creative Designers, Creators (Influencers), Account Managers, AdOps and our top-tier clients, such as CPG’s and Retailers.. The right individual will be a key contributor to ensuring the seamless launch of campaigns, providing client service support and internal communication during pre-launch and immediate post-launch. This position involves: sales and client support; providing creative guidance to clients and creators, timelines and technical specifications; asset gathering and management, facilitating campaign launch, and coordinating any creative updates or swaps. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with a variety of internal functions, including creative, sales, account management, operations, and creators Participating in campaign kick-off calls to provide guidance and oversee the creative production process Project manage creative production, liaising between internal creative team and clients/creators to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction Collect and review creative against provided guardrails and ad tag related assets for campaign launch (3P tags - DCM, Sizmek, IAS, DV, MOAT, etc.) Provide verification of live ads/content to clients Continue project management of any creative changes or swaps throughout campaign flight Track and synthesize creative successes and failures for achieving campaign KPIs to contribute to client strategy Required Skills: 2 years of experience in adtech/media agencies (planning, account management, creative, ad operations) with some client facing experience. Knowledge of client-direct and agency media campaign planning and execution process Familiarity with advertising third party tagging and verification companies like DCM/GCM, IAS, DV, MOAT, etc. Understanding of varying mobile and digital ad types like rich media and video Understanding of ad types across a variety of social platforms, including Meta,YouTube and TikTok.
