Warehouse Supervisor; Manages day-to-day orders/fulfillment for department, providing support for team. Responsible for printing, organizing and distributing work for day, ensuring supplies and processes are in place and followed.. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team in the daily process of inventory management, fulfillment and shipping orders. As Warehouse Supervisor you are responsible for:
- Manage day to day orders and lead prebox team.
- Communicating with manager on inventory levels.
- Oversee prebox team work load, performance, flow and accuracy.
- Ensure department is organized and has supplies needed for daily work.
- Supervising and motivating team of workers.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Inventory or Fulfillment knowledge
- Experience of at least 5 years as Manager or supervisor
- Leadership capabilities
- Innovative and problem solving abilities
- Ability to organize and task management skills
- Strong computer skills
