Production Specialist II: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Production Specialist III: $20.75-$27.00

SALARY & BENEFITS

In addition to the base pay range listed, team members in this role may qualify for annual incentive bonuses based on company and individual performance.

POSITION SUMMARY


Works individually and as part of a team with the responsibility for assembling and packaging products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Learns, operates, and controls production equipment.
  • Learns and assembles products to order/customer specification.
  • Follows instructions given regarding concepts and techniques in production processes.
  • Follows instructions given regarding work orders, standard operating procedures, diagrams, and drawings.
  • Learns and follows quality standards.
  • Gathers, places, and arranges materials.
  • Maintains production logs and basic documentation including work times.
  • Keeps production area free of debris and organized.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Works under moderate supervision.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITY

  • Ability to work and meet standards in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet production targets.
  • Desire to grown, learn new skills, and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working as part of a team working towards a common goal.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. Sites may not be temperature controlled and are often exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels. Exposed to hazardous equipment.
