Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, comfortable working with customers, and knowledgeable about outdoor products or willing to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products
- Sell hot tubs and outdoor living products in a showroom environment
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on features and promotions
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience selling outdoor products required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and close sales effectively
- Experience selling hot tubs or outdoor products is a plus
