We're a small family owned hybrid coffee shop & retail store mash-up in downtown Estes Park. We're hiring a part-time barista who is interested in working 2 to 3 days a week & is available to work during the holiday season. While we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are open the surrounding days.
Our ideal candidate enjoys constantly moving, interacting with customers, is comfortable being part of a team & also working independently as a self-starter. We're proud to be able to offer a range of benefits for our employees. Our baristas also make an additional $6-$12 an hour on top of the houtly wage.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the store
- Create specialty coffee and tea drinks
- Maintain a clean work space & deep clean the store
- Run a sales register & take cash or credit card payments
Experience:
- Previous barista preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Desired Skills
- Math skills for making change
- Communication skills for interacting with customers
- Teamwork to maintain a positive flow & work environment
- Self-starter
