Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas/Bartenders to join our team in creating exceptional coffee and cocktail experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our friendly atmosphere and providing outstanding service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items with precision and care.
• Operate our POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety standards during food preparation and handling.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous barista and bartending experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and flexibility in working at different locations in Leadville.
• A passion for serving others, with an eagerness to learn.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
