** MUST LIVE IN OHIO **

Sephora and Inktel are seeking WORK-FROM-HOME independent contractors who are passionate about beauty, providing world-class service and would like to represent one of the the world’s top beauty brands and retailers.

Each Beauty Advisor will be an independent contractor, working from home using their own computer equipment that meets the technical requirements outlined below.

Individuals must also be able to establish a designated work space, free from noise and distractions to handle customer inquiries.

You will be responsible for chat contact from clients but can be transitioned to handle multiple platforms, including phone and email at any time depending on client needs. Training will be provided on client information and systems used.

Start Date - 4/7/2023

Training Start Date:

  • New Hire Orientation: Friday 4/7, 9am - 5:30 pm EST
  • Training: Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm - 10pm EST OR Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6:30 PM EST for 2 weeks

Available Schedules:

  • Operation: 5 Day work weeks with schedules that will include weekends and weekdays anytime between the hours 8 AM - 12 AM EST
  • Operation: 4 day work weeks must include FRIDAY - MONDAY, anytime between the hours of 8 AM - 12 AM EST
  • Schedules cannot be negotiated.
  • Minimum 32 hours per week, however it is very likely that it will be 40 hours or more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Amazing combination of agile thinking, high energy, passion, and persistence: resourcefulness
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner
  • Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations
  • Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Keep up to date with product/procedural knowledge and assessing industry trends; translate knowledge into written client communication
  • Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations
  • Maintains proprietary call center database (CSC) by entering information accurately and fully documenting all client interactions appropriately
  • Be punctual to work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines both scheduled and special projects
  • Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management
  • Authorized User agrees to be deducted a user fee for use of Support Company’s platform (“Usage Fee”) of $9.98 on a weekly basis during the term this agreement.

  • Demonstrate ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
  • Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Able to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent problem solving skills & must have a “can do” attitude.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers.
  • Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality or call center environment of a minimum of 1 year is essential.
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required!
  • Dependable and consistent, history of good attendance
  • Naturally curious with an aptitude for learning and understanding quickly

  • Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro (No Macs or Chromebooks)
