Company Description
Inked Land Company provides land and title services to the energy and infrastructure sectors, catering to startups, private equity-backed enterprises, and publicly traded companies. We specialize in (i) structuring and executing industrial scale land acquisition and leasing campaigns and (ii) producing detailed mineral title deliverables in support renewable energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
Role Description
As a Junior Title Agent, you will maintain and update title databases, conduct basic title searches, assemble runsheets, prepare title reports, and produce other title deliverables under the supervision of a Senior Title Agent or Title Manager. Over time, you may be asked to complete abstracts of courthouse records, index grantor/grantee and section books, perform death record searches, retrieve probates, review oil & gas production records, and complete similar tasks as directed.
Location
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Loveland, Colorado. In person attendance is required 3 or more days per week.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years experience in a title role within real estate, oil and gas, renewables, and/or right-of-way is preferred
- Basic knowledge of real property and land title concepts is required
- Proficiency with technology (e.g. Microsoft products and ability to learn various software programs) is required
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment is required

- Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
- Employment Structure: contract-to-hire preferred, with benefits (PTO, Health Insurance, 401K Match, etc.) added when hired. Direct hire will be considered for the right candidate.
