What You’ll Need:
- Current California SLP license
- At least 1 year of experience as an SLP (home health preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A friendly, patient-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification and TB clearance

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visit patients in their homes and assess speech and language needs
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and update care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Document visits and outcomes in real-time using your company-provided iPad
Territory Coverage:
Monterey Peninsula – including Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Marina, Seaside, Salinas and surrounding areas
