What We're Looking For:

INH Properties is looking for an energetic, dependable Full Time Community Manager for our properties of Lofts on Novotny Apartments in Baxter, MN and Flats on 14th in Little Falls, MN.

This position will play an important role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess a strong leadership style and an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to the following)

• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws and Tenant/Landlord rights.
• Maintain occupancy, drive renewals, and overall resident satisfaction.
• Proactively manage residents' complaints and resolve issues.
• Manage maintenance and turnover schedules between vendors and residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Ensure property is leased to maximum occupancy.
• Office administration duties as necessary, including but not limited to rent collection and community policy enforcement.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
• Proven work experience minimum of 1 year as a manager or similar role in multifamily management
• Basic computer and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Energetic, dependable self-starter
• Well-Organized
• Strong leasing skills/sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions:

• Currently 100% onsite
• Light travel between properties
• Pay range: $25.00 - $31.00, depending on experience.
