About The Role
Responsible, under the supervision of the administrator, to ensure that buildings, facilities and grounds of the District are maintained and operated in the most efficient, safest, and best possible condition at all times.
- Performs all necessary opening custodial services in and around the building as determined by Supervisor including cleaning windows and maintaining lights inside and outside of the Beekman Center building.
- Plans and oversees maintenance and repair work as requested, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Maintains an inventory and recommends purchase of suitable supplies, tools and equipment as applicable.
About You
- High School or equivalent education.
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
- Must be able to climb ladders, lift moderately heavy equipment, operate custodial and grounds equipment, and drive a tractor.
