Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our Vehicle Acquisition Department. This role involves guest-facing interactions, vehicle appraisals, and purchase negotiations. Candidates will be provided with full training and hands-on experience to build a strong foundation in the automotive industry.
- Contact warm leads to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments
- Appraise vehicles for purchase
- Present and negotiate purchase opportunities with guests
- Follow up with guests who did not sell their vehicle
- Complete purchase documentation accurately
Training Provided:
- CRM system usage
- Appraisal tools
- Guest communication and interaction skills
- Industry knowledge and processes
Qualifications:

Preferred Experience (not required):
- Automotive industry background
- Reception or customer service experience
- Business Development Center (BDC) experience
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Punctuality and reliability
- Professional guest interaction skills in person
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes
- Positive energy and enthusiasm in all guest interactions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual pay range: $50,000 – $70,000 (hourly base performance bonus)
