You’re the first call when something isn’t working. Not just to fix it, but to keep people moving without missing a beat. Spending your day handling a steady flow of inbound calls, troubleshooting user issues, resolving what you can in real time, and escalating when needed. This is a structured, high-volume environment where consistency and follow-through are key.
You’ll be supported by a leadership team that takes this function seriously. The CIO is hands-on and invested in the team, and you’ll have access to experienced support professionals who will help you develop. Even in a remote setting, the team is collaborative and stays connected.
