Senior Executive Support Specialist

There is an opportunity in Miami with a fast-growing investment firm for a Senior Executive Support Specialist.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting the owner of the firm, family office employees, and related executive technology needs. The firm manages over $30 billion in assets and continues to expand, so this is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to be in a trusted seat with room to advance.

This is not a traditional help desk role. The person in this seat will be the main technology point of contact in a high-touch environment where responsiveness, discretion, polish, and follow-through matter just as much as technical skills.

The role will include support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, Wi-Fi, printing, scanning, AV / video conferencing, streaming platforms, smart TVs, and related technology. Experience with Crestron, Lutron, home automation, AV vendors, lighting vendors, network vendors, or security vendors would be helpful.

The right person should be comfortable supporting senior-level users, working independently, coordinating with corporate technology teams and outside vendors, keeping track of support requests and projects, and proactively improving the reliability and ease of use of the technology environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone coming out of executive support, VIP support, white-glove support, family office support, private wealth, hedge fund, private equity, or another high-touch financial services environment.

This role is based in Miami and may involve travel to New York City and other locations as needed.
