This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mixologist / Lead Bartender located in Chicago, IL. The Mixologist / Lead Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing inventory, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Additional duties include creating beverage menus, training staff, and collaborating with culinary teams to pair beverages with food items.
