Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Train staff on proper drink preparation techniques, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and food safety protocols
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Develop creative cocktail menus and promote beverage sales through upselling and personalized customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol serving laws, and health department standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for food service during events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring seamless guest experiences
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Proven ability in sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Fine dining experience or nightclub background preferred for creating sophisticated or lively atmospheres
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and beverage preparation techniques
- Experience with banquet service, catering events, or retail math for inventory control
- Excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively and interact positively with guests
- Familiarity with brewing processes or food industry standards is a plus for enhancing beverage offerings
