We are in search of a dynamic and highly organized General Manager with extensive experience in fast-casual restaurant management to manage River Roux in Chicago. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for providing exceptional experiences and fostering a positive work environment for our team members. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in multitasking, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures the seamless execution of restaurant activities.
