As a Barista at TWYNE Brews Sightglass at the LUMA Hotel, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and expertly crafted beverages. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, ambitious, friendly, and diligent individual. We are seeking someone to work part-time, 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Sunday.Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfiedTake guest orders and accurately put them into the point-of-sale systemMaintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and brewing techniques to answer guest questions and make recommendationsPrepare beverages to the highest standards, following recipes and quality guidelinesOperate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safelyMaintain a welcoming and clean café environmentEnsure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standardsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guestsMonitor inventory levels and restock supplies as neededQualifications:Previous experience as a barista is requiredKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plusFamiliarity with Square POS is a plusExcellent customer service with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional mannerAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for coffee and a desire to learnAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsCall-To-Action: If you're passionate about coffee and creating memorable experiences, we invite you to bring your talents to Infuse Hospitality.
