Must-Have Qualifications
- 4 years of professional web development experience, with a desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.
- Hands-on experience building web applications across both backend and frontend technologies (including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and React).
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Designers to provide technical input, estimates, and solution ideas that shape roadmap decisions.
- Proven ability to take ownership of work from concept through delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful, and transparent communication style.
- Experience with TypeScript, Scala, Airflow, or a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and recommendation systems.
- Passion for solving customer-centric product challenges with equal attention to product quality and engineering excellence.
- Comfort leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform experimentation and decision-making.
- Interest in mentoring others while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
