We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our Hackensack, New Jersey office. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and mobile devices, while ensuring a high level of service in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft Teams and Zoom video conferences
- Maintain and track IT equipment inventory
- Document support activity accurately within the firm’s ticketing system
- Follow established IT procedures and documentation standards
- Travel periodically to other firm offices
- Support office buildouts and expansions as needed
- Provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours when required
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Word
- Experience with iManage strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong documentation discipline and adherence to process
