The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of precast concrete components through the use of hand tools, heavy equipment, and forming materials. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, safety mindset, and a team-oriented drive to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Job Details:
Use of hand tools, tape measures, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively.
Conduct setup, assembly, and disassembly of formwork and molds for precast concrete production.
Reading of detailed production drawings to meet job expectations.
Monitor and maintain the quality of precast elements throughout the manufacturing process.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in concrete production, construction, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
