The Client:
We are partnering with a leading global investment platform who is looking for an Investment Associate to join its Infrastructure Debt team in New York. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of private credit and real assets, focusing on digital infrastructure, renewable energy, power and more. As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will gain exposure to complex transactions across sectors and geographies, working directly with senior investment professionals on deal structuring, underwriting, and financial modeling.
About the Role:
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure debt investments across sectors including energy, transport, and digital infrastructure
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess risk/return profiles, capital structures, and credit metrics
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, market analysis, and credit underwriting on new investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior stakeholders
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, leveraged finance, or debt advisory
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and debt structuring
- A proactive, curious mindset and strong attention to detail
- Experience within energy or infrastructure sectors, including renewables and power, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be based in New York or willing to relocate
