Project Manager – Data & AI Delivery
Full Time
Cleveland, OH | Onsite 5 days/week
Full-time Role
Start date: Immediate
This position requires onsite presence in Cleveland, Ohio five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple parallel projects within a single client account, from initiation through final acceptance.
• Run agile delivery cadence: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Own executive reporting — weekly status decks, steering committee presentations, and sprint review materials for mixed executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client executive sponsors, client project managers, business SMEs, and the Sarral delivery team.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources including solution architects, data engineers, and UI developers.
• Manage SOW scope, change control, milestone acceptance forms, and invoicing triggers.
• Track, communicate, and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery commitments.
• Facilitate SME validation cycles and secure business sign-off on delivered artifacts.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and account growth as the engagement expands.
Required Qualifications
• 8 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a consulting or professional services delivery model.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects under a single enterprise client account.
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms — Databricks, lake house architecture, data pipelines, and data governance.
• Strong agile/scrum background on fixed-timeline, milestone-based engagements.
• Executive presence and proven ability to present to VP and C-level client stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint and reporting skills; able to build executive-quality decks from scratch on short turnaround.
• Experience with SOW-driven commercial mechanics: milestones, acceptance criteria, and billing gates.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project or equivalent tooling.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI programs in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with product data ecosystems — PIM, MDM, product hierarchies, and knowledge graphs.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, CPG, or industrial sectors.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, absorb an in-flight program, and run it without an extended ramp-up period. The right candidate is comfortable operating with ambiguity, direct in stakeholder communication, and able to keep several workstreams moving in parallel.
Interview Process
• Round 1 — Recruiter screen.
• Round 2 — Technical and delivery interview with the current Engagement Manager.
