JOB DESCRIPTION• Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations and collaborating closely with the Data & Technology Manager, the Associate Manager serves as the primary contact for the sales team regarding data and technologies. They will be responsible for onboarding users to existing data and technologies, as well as conducting regular training sessions. Additionally, they will act as the first point of escalation for field issues, working with BPT (IT) to identify root causes and drive resolutions. This role includes all sales tools such as Deal Deck (assortment tool), TPMax (sales and spend forecasting), and Shelfgram (store audit), among others.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of sales data• Regularly update and maintain sales tools and technologies to ensure optimal functioning• Work with BPT (IT) to address any technical issues that arise with sales tools and systems.• Develop and deliver training programs to increase adoption of sales tools and technologies• Recruit and maintain a super-user network across the sales organization• Track and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of tools and technologies on sales performance.• Gather and incorporate feedback from sales teams to continuously improve tools and technologies• Increase usage cases and/or integration of existing sales tools and technologies across the organization.PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:• Previous experience with master data is a plus• Previous experience with sales and spend forecasting tools is a plus• Previous experience with AI application in a corporate environment, at CPG or similar industries, is a plusREQUIRED EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in IT DisciplineTOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:1. 3 years of relevant business experience2. Demonstrated experience in change management and continuous improvement mindset3. Demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner4. General understanding of the US Retail landscape and Sales planning cycle5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
