Hiring: Senior Planisware Software Engineer / Technical Lead

📍 Location: Warren, MI or Austin, Texas

💼 Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

🎓 Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planisware Software Engineer to drive the development, customization, and integration of an enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) platform.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Planisware specialist who can lead technical initiatives, guide development teams, optimize databases, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Planisware Enterprise applications using OPX2Script and L6/L7 scripting.
• Design data models, database schemas, and dynamic reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Work with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server technologies.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support CI/CD and release management.
• Establish technical direction, delegate tasks, mentor developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, developing, customizing, or migrating Planisware Enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Planisware scripting, preferably OPX2Script and L6/L7.
• Experience with Java/JavaScript, SQL, and database technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and software development practices.
• Excellent technical communication, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred: Planisware Developer certification and experience with engineering, R&D, PLM, automotive, or manufacturing data.
