Product Manager – Cobrand Credit Cards

9-Month Contract | Wilmington, DE | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a Cobrand Credit Card portfolio within a large financial services environment. This role will own product roadmap activities, gather customer insights, prioritize features and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to move initiatives from ideation through discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Cobrand Credit Card product roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer/user insights to identify product opportunities.
• Define, prioritize and manage product features and backlog.
• Drive initiatives through ideation, discovery and planning.
• Partner with business, technology and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure product priorities align with broader business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and communicate progress, risks and recommendations.
• Present product strategy and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Must Have

• 5–7 years of Product Management or relevant product experience within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Credit card or Cobrand product experience.
• Financial planning/modeling experience.
• Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis to support product investment decisions.

Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Duration: 9 months

Start Date: September 30, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
