Business Analyst – Cobrand Credit Cards
9-Month Contract | Wilmington, DE | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and process improvements within a Cobrand Credit Card business. The role will provide analytical and project support while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives and process improvements within the Cobrand Credit Card business.
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Help build and maintain organizational frameworks, processes and workflows.
- Provide analytical and project management support across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure work aligns with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Track project progress, requirements, deliverables and workflows.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project and requirements documentation using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.
Must Have
- 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience within Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong experience supporting business initiatives, requirements and process improvements.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Credit card industry/product experience, particularly Cobrand cards.
- Agile certification.
- SharePoint experience.
Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Duration: 9 months
Start Date: September 30, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
