SAP Testing Principal Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Principal Consultant - SAP S/4 HANA Testing,

As a Principal Consultant you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience; 4 years Utility domain experience is preferred

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA or Pomona, CA or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualification

• Very strong understanding and experience in SAP ECC, S4 HANA, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant maintenance, Field Service Management (FSM), Service & Asset Management (SSAM) Landscape applications
• Should have strong experience in leading and managing testing activities for big transformation projects related to SAP S4 HANA upgrade, S4 HANA implementation
• Good work experience in Program Test management role and strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
• Must have played the role of SAP program Test Management for large SAP S4 HANA migration testing programs for implementation, rollout, upgrade projects.
• Should have good knowledge of any SAP functional module, project management and software testing life cycle
• Responsible for overall project management of large SAP testing programs from Onsite, end-to-end bottom line responsibility for entire program ensuring successful completion of all deliveries and implementations.
• Candidates should have exposure to SAP pre sales activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client and onsite-Offshore teams. Participate in leadership meetings at onsite and provide insights related to program.
• Proven experience of Key Testing document creation such as test strategy, Test plan, test schedule, recommending test approaches etc based on client inputs. Participate in onsite-offshore interactions as required.
• Should be able to provide daily status report, timely updates, handle escalations and able to provide inputs on critical capabilities.
• Should possess excellent MF ALM knowledge and able to demonstrate ALM workflows.
  
  

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

For candidates based out of Rosemead, CA estimated annual compensation will be

$ 118,498 to $158,850

For candidates based out of Pomona, CA estimated annual compensation will be

$ 101,489 to $ 163,385
