Storage Administartor

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Storage Administrator to support enterprise storage infrastructure across multiple platforms. This role involves managing SAN/NAS environments, ensuring data availability, and supporting performance and capacity planning. You’ll work closely with infrastructure and application teams to deliver reliable storage solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta NY OR Burlington VT OR Hartford CT and be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
• 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• At least 3 years in Storage Administration.
• Hands-on experience with NetApp and Pure Storage in production environments.
• Proficiency in SAN/NAS technologies and tools (e.g., Brocade switches, Connectrix Manager).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience of minimum 7 years with Storage Administration
• Hands on Exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one of the Storage technologies HPE / IBM and EMC.is a PLUS
• Experience with ITIL processes and maintenance of projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  
  

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be

Malta NY-66,140 to 85,249

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
