In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Ability to elicit information from myriad of SMEs (technical & business).
Ability to provide thought leadership and influence to implement strategic methods.
Ability to switch between projects and maintain consistency.
Ability to be a part of a diverse team/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Working in an agile environment- with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe methodologies.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
- Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
- Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
- Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors
- Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals
- A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies
- Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements.
- Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices
- Healthcare Domain experience is required.
- Experience in working with business teams for Large Healthcare Payers
- Experience in HIPAA compliant applications/ operational processes.
- Experience working with the CMS Enrollment Process for Medicare Advantage
- Experience working on SaaS B2B Products used by HealthCare Payers
- Deep knowledge about the Medicare LOB across all capabilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making skills.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
