Infosys is seeking a Network and EUC Support Engineer to support and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing End User Computing Management. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New Richmond, WI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Required to travel different branches of the bank to support the end users to support EUC and Network and IT related issues.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Working Knowledge of networking devices such as switches, routers, IP configurations, and Access Points.
- Conduct Hardware & Software support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, docking stations.
- Maintain Printer support: install and configure Printers at branches and on end points.
- Complete Service Management with ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor and update the tickets assigned.
- Perform IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and software.
- Manage: Patch Management and vulnerability management: install security patches to remediate vulnerabilities.
- EUC Asset Management: Managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.
