Lead Scrum Master

Infosys is seeking a Lead Scrum Master -This position’s primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He / She must be actively involved in technical matters thus finding out the gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decision and description of the functional flow. He / She should be able to create status reports and provide status updates to the stake holders on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Scrum Master.
• Experience in agile methodologies.

• Experience in resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers.
• Experience working in agile environment.
• Experience Working with stakeholders on release planning, product roadmap and prioritization.
• Experience in banking domain.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
