You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position is based in Memphis, TN. The role may require travel to project/Client's location.

- Lead the SAP Basis workstream for implementation, upgrade, and support projects, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP Basis consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP Basis processes.
- Installation, post implementation and configuration tasks of SAP modules (FIORI, ECC, S4)
- SOLMAN implementation tasks. Experience on CHARM configuration is an added advantage
- Performance tuning of SAP systems post go-live based on the issues reported by the customer.
- SAP Migration using SWPM by optimizing the downtime. Experience on S/4 HANA conversion is an added advantage.
- Establishing connectivity to third party software and ensuring successful integration of different applications.
- Should have experience working on cluster set-up as part of HA configuration.
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting - investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP and DB related tasks.
- Document and update the existing SAP Business Process and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP system.
