- The Regional HR leader is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function across multiple locations/units in the Americas.
- This role will ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals, overseeing HR deliverables, building human capital and fostering a high-performance culture at the regional level.
- Strategic Partner: Align HR strategies with regional business goals
- Talent Management: Oversee Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive culture, drive engagement, and grievances management
- Performance Management & Development: Drive performance appraisals and learning initiatives
- Total Rewards: Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits and rewards & recognition
- HR Efficiency & Effectiveness : Enhance HR systems & processes.
- Employee Relations Compliance : Ensure adherence to local labor laws and center HR policies.
- Digital HR: AI Adoption, Automation & Process improvement.
- Leadership: Guide and develop regional HR teams.
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 16 years of experience in the job description
- 16 years with experience in the Human Resources Field
- In- depth understanding of the various HR practices, generalist and specialists in a fast paced environment.
- Project Management skills
- High Impact Communication- build context and common platform and use appropriate data, examples, and anecdotes for solutions
- Customer Articulation- provide inputs for solutions, understand industry and key players
