Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the SCRIPT Act transparency program. The analyst will be responsible for data collection, validation, reporting, dashboard development, compliance monitoring, and trend analysis related to drug pricing and manufacturer submissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ingest, clean, validate, and monitor submitted data for accuracy and completeness.
• Create automated reports, visualizations, and analytic summaries.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and program documentation.
• Monitor compliance metrics and submission activity.
• Analyze trends in drug pricing, cost drivers, and submission patterns.
• Ensure data governance, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA and trade secret protections).
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and business teams to improve data workflows and reporting processes.
• Support policy analysis, leadership reporting, and ad hoc data requests.
• Optimize data pipelines and maintain data quality standards.
Required Skills
• 5 years of Power BI development (dashboards, reports, automated refreshes).
• 5 years of data ingestion, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance.
• 5 years of experience with data governance, compliance, and security standards.
• 5 years maintaining data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation.
• 5 years creating visualizations, automated reports, and analytical insights.
• 5 years optimizing workflows and data pipelines.
• 3 years collaborating with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• 3 years supporting policy analysis and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
