- Role: Sr. Software Developer (Enterprise AI Platform)
- Location: Palo Alto
- Experience Required: 6 years in software engineering, with backend and infrastructure focus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives, from design to deployment and post-launch support
- Own and manage Kubernetes clusters, networking, operators, and multi-tenant orchestration
- Design, develop, and optimize distributed services and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) for scale and reliability
- Drive engineering excellence through high code quality, automation, and CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Security teams to align architecture with business goals
- Mentor and guide other engineers on architecture, technical decisions, and delivery
- Partner with leadership to align engineering strategy with the product roadmap
- Write production-quality code, primarily in Python and/or Go
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (building/operating clusters)
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems in production
- Cloud-native experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (compute, storage, IAM, networking, managed services)
- Proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud networking and platform-as-a-service (PaaS)
- Familiarity with applied AI tooling, including LLMs (GPT, Claude), agentic AI tools, and backend integration
- Strong system design and architectural skills
- Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and product teams
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, on-prem)
- Familiarity with API gateways, AI gateways, and policy/authorization frameworks (e.g., ABAC, OPA)
- Experience with service mesh or PaaS design
