Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (CSA/CAD)

W2 Pay Rate: $75/HR (H1B - $70/HR)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Minneapolis, MN

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role will initially focus on user access administration, Level 3 platform support, and infrastructure-related ServiceNow functionality. The ideal candidate will also help automate manual processes by developing ServiceNow Request Catalog solutions and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Provide Level 3 support for ServiceNow incidents.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and platform access.
• Configure tables, forms, fields, lists, and dictionary entries.
• Build REST API integrations with external systems.
• Design automated workflows for access management.
• Perform ServiceNow code reviews and platform maintenance.
• Manage development work using Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Support Portal.
• Experience with Infrastructure modules.
• ServiceNow JavaScript development.
• REST API integrations.
• User, Group, Role, and Access Management.
• Platform configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with Jira.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
