Job Title: Lab Technician
Pay Rate: $30/HR
Duration: 12 months
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
Our client is a global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.
We are looking for a Lab Technician
- Support senior scientific staff on assigned projects
- Perform laboratory experiments and testing
- Record, organize, and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
- Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment
- Be a role player on the 5S and Lab Safety programs for Product Development
- Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and policies
Qualifications:
- B.Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field
- Hands-on laboratory experience handling chemicals and various mixing and dispensing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Good communication skills
- Experience with the MS Office suite and other common technical software packages
