Job Title: D&I Project Assistant
Pay Rate: $27/Hr
Duration: 9 Months
Job Requisition:
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote - Would like to discuss further during interview process)
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a D&I Project Assistant
Qualifications:
- Operational/Administrative/Project Coordination
- D&I team needs a team member who can take on important activities outside of the near-term priority to act as SME in responding to US Executive Orders
- Strong organizational, planning, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and make decisions independently while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems, and handle confidential and sensitive information
- Display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills and consistent attention to detail
- Exercise discretion, good judgment, leadership, decision-making ability, and management ability
- Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Manage all purchasing needs, including POs, invoices, requisitions, etc.
- Liaise with legal, as necessary, to handle NDAs, contracts, and SOWs
- Manage budget
Administrative:
- Attend to the many new and ongoing meetings required to oversee a large cross-functional group of HR, Communications, and business leaders that will be involved in the review/update of D&I-related materials
- Work with senior leaders' offices to schedule upcoming executive forums requiring NA ExCom attendance
- Work with site HR leads to plan approximately 10 site visits, including town hall meetings, listening sessions, and small group meetings
Project management/coordination:
- Coordinate updates related to US Executive Orders, managing ten stakeholder groups updating hundreds of items.
- Track review, approval, and completion of every change
- Assist the D&I team with managing ongoing projects while prioritizing immediate needs
Salary : $27
