Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status.
- Follow infection control protocols and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- RN License
- BLS
