Job Title: Production Technician
Pay Rate: $25/HR.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Seabrook, NH
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Duties:
- Spray sheets of material using an adhesive dispensing robot.
- Operate basic production/testing equipment as required.
- Package sprayed sheets and materials into boxes.
- Move materials using carts or dollies as needed.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and remain standing for extended periods.
- Complete basic data entry, production documentation, and notes.
- Follow established safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
- Handle adhesive materials safely according to workplace procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and operate basic production equipment.
- Basic Microsoft Office and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and note-taking skills.
- Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection as applicable.
Nice to Have
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or laboratory experience.
- Experience operating production or dispensing equipment.
- Experience with adhesives or other manufacturing materials.
- Experience with production documentation or data entry.
- Familiarity with basic testing equipment.
Work Environment
This position is primarily a hands-on production role involving material spraying, packaging, repetitive movements, and extended periods of standing. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required. Carts/dollies are available to assist with material movement.
Note: Sanding and truck loading/unloading are not part of the primary job duties
Pay: $25.00 per hour
