Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in various settings, including hospitals, medical offices, and home community care environments. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support patients through their recovery journey.
Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform procedures such as spinal taps and pain management interventions.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Assist with emergency response situations in the ER or hospital settings.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed to support various healthcare facilities.
Requirements:
