Duties
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock levels.
- Maintain accurate data entry of inventory movements, order details, and shipping logs through warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy and support inventory management initiatives.
- Collaborate with shipping & receiving teams to coordinate logistics, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards.
- Support stocking activities by organizing warehouse space efficiently for optimal workflow and safety.
- Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and trade compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment such as load & unload machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order picking & packing, and stock management tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics practices, and international trade regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration.
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
