Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be at the forefront of building and renovating structures that make a difference! In this energetic role, you'll actively participate in various phases of construction projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, masonry, concrete work, and more.
Duties
- Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to guide project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation to ensure durable and precise results
- Construct formwork, frames, and other structural components following technical specifications
- Execute masonry tasks including stucco application, tile laying, and restoration work
- Install flooring, trim carpentry, caulking, and perform renovation tasks to enhance building aesthetics and functionality
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site
Experience
- Proven experience working on construction projects across various trades such as carpentry, masonry, or concrete work
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint specification interpretation
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, cutting, pouring, and concrete pumping operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique
- Understanding of construction site safety protocols and adherence to safety standards at all times
- Prior involvement in renovation or restoration projects is a plus
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
