We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Territory Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to two of our Territory Sales Managers. This is a purely backend support role—not a sales or client-facing position.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining internal systems, preparing data and documents for RFP responses, organizing campaign lists, coordinating contracts, and supporting other sales operations tasks. While this is not a sales role, there are opportunities to earn SPIFF bonuses based on successful RFP closings supported by your work.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, independence, and administrative coordination, and prefers to work behind the scenes to help drive team success.

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00pm PST
- Remote Position-If live in a commutable distance to our Anaheim Headquarters; Hybrid Position (2 days in office).

Key Responsibilities
- Support Territory Sales Managers with backend administrative tasks
- Build and manage prospect and campaign data lists
- Assist with RFP document prep and submission processes
- Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Sugar/Acumatica)
- Coordinate internal workflows related to contracts and proposals
- Analyze sales logs and identify process improvements
- Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams—minimal to no external client contact
Requirements
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Sugar, Acumatica, Loopio) and RFP processes is a plus
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-through skills
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
