We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager who is eager to grow, improve processes, and make an impact across the organization.
The Finance & Accounting Manager will support the CFO in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP systems (Acumatica), and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping modernize financial operations.
This position oversees accounting staff and administrative personnel while partnering cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities
- Serve as the internal lead for Acumatica ERP support and process improvements
- Help streamline and modernize accounting workflows and reporting
- Support audit preparation and strengthen internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting and adminstrative staff
- Partner with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: 80,000-100,000/year depending on experience

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-8 years of accounting or finance experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (Acumatica a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and improve processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
