Job Title: L3 Data Platform Support Engineer (Azure / Databricks / TigerGraph)
Location: Mount Laurel (Onsite – Local candidates only)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (06/12/2026 – 12/12/2026)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Shift: Rotational / On-call required
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced L3 Data Platform Support Engineer to provide production support for enterprise-scale data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark, and TigerGraph. This role focuses on ensuring platform stability, performance, and SLA adherence while resolving complex data and system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for ADLS, Azure Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for data failures, incidents, and performance issues
- Troubleshoot batch and streaming pipelines, Databricks clusters, and workflows
- Resolve data latency, ingestion, and quality issues
- Support production releases, deployments, and hotfixes
- Guide L2 teams and maintain runbooks / SOPs
- Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based support
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Databricks
- Advanced expertise in PySpark debugging and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with TigerGraph (GSQL, loaders, schema, query optimization)
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Git
Experience Required
- 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform Support
- Proven experience in L3 support environments

Salary : $55 - $58
