Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (Rehab RN) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Rehab RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation across various settings, including acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and home health environments. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical expertise, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diverse medical disciplines, including critical care, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological recovery, and chronic disease management.
Shift: 12 hours; Night shift
Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
Must have IL State RN License
Minimum 2 years of Rehab experience.
Inpatient experience required.
