Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) to join our healthcare team. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations within a comprehensive LTC facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulatory standards. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining efficient clinical workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive nursing experience in LTC environments, and a commitment to fostering a compassionate, resident-centered atmosphere.

Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
Must have ND State RN license
Must have Leadership experience.
LTC/SNF experience required.
